Although Sleep-Safe Products endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on this website, neither Sleep-Safe Products nor any directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
The contracts for the sale of goods by Sleep-Safe Products from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our website and click on the item that you wish to buy. After you’ve finished your selection, you will be asked to provide the details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. ‘Cookies’ are used to keep track of your order and to store the delivery address.
We accept credit card payments by telephone, fax or traditional mail. We do not charge your card until your order is dispatched to you. We also accept cheque payments when accompanied by our order form. If you prefer, you can call us on 07092 255916 to order over the phone.
Sleep-Safe Products carry normal manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified on the website alongside the product. They are guaranteed fit for purpose and to comply with all relevant safety legislation. The warranty does not cover wear & tear, accidental or wilful damage. All goods remain the property of Sleep-Safe Products until paid for in full.
Post and Packing
UK carriage is included in the prices posted on the Sleep-Safe Products website.
The carriage of orders to overseas may be limited by weight and/or volume. You can email us to ask for a quotation for overseas purchases, or to enquire about any particular matters that may affect your order.
Delivery Details
Subject to stock availability, we will despatch your order right away. You you should receive your order within 7 working days, often less. Orders taken on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery.
Orders may be cancelled/amended in part or whole at any time prior to despatch. As our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt – we recommend that any cancellation or amendment notice is given by calling us as soon as possible on 07773619552. Please provide us with as much information as possible when contacting us – order reference, name, address and a contact telephone number in case we have any queries and need to contact you again.
Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched when the funds clear our bank account (delivery will normally be 7-10 working days). Please do not send cash with your order or email your credit card details to us.
If your order does not arrive when you expect it to, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will contact our delivery agent and call you back to let you know what’s happening.
Once an order has passed into the hands of the shipper or carrier any late delivery, damage or loss in transit will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures and protocols of the shipper or carrier. We will make every attempt to facilitate the satisfactory conclusion of such procedures and protocols.
Back Orders
All products shown on our website are normally in stock. However, in periods of high demand, we might occasionally become out of stock (it hasn’t happened yet!). If we can’t supply within the terms described earlier, we will inform you and, subject to your approval, we will place it on ‘back order’, to be supplied just as soon as stock becomes available. You will always have the option to cancel your order at any time before delivery, should we experience any supply problems.
Tax Charges
UK VAT is included in the prices posted on the Sleep-Safe Products website.
All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds sterling (£) and all payments should be made in GB Pounds sterling (£) only. We are pleased to accept credit card orders from outside the UK. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order in whole or in part that is clearly subject to error or omission resulting from errors or omissions in our product pricing data model used in the online ordering process.
Site Security
To ensure a high degree of standing in the e-commerce marketplace it is of the utmost importance that our customers can purchase goods securely and swiftly. For that reason we insist on using the highest standards of security and data encryption to receive order details over the Internet and we use reputable carriers for all deliveries to the UK mainland. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All order details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computers. They are not held in clear text on any website.
On-line ordering with Sleep-Safe Products is extremely safe.
Guarantee, Returns and Refunds
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.
If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us. Please contact us for specific instructions on how to return goods to us. We will pay all return delivery costs in the case of goods that are faulty or damaged.
If the goods are not faulty, you have 7 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel the order. A full refund, including initial postage and packing charges, will be provided within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. We request that you return the goods to us at your expense. We do not refund return delivery costs in the case of goods that are not faulty. If the goods are not returned to us within 14 days after you have cancelled your order, we will make arrangements to collect them and deduct the direct cost of return from the refund due to you.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

If you make your complaint by telephone, we will try to resolve the issue immediately. If you make your complaint by email or mail, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 days and attempt to resolve the issue within 5 days. We will do our utmost to resolve complaints promptly and to your complete satisfaction. We will keep you fully informed throughout the complaint investigation process.
